The 2024 All Together Symposium – Nurturing Partnerships, Reimagining Palliative Care is just a few weeks away!

This is the only cross-sector palliative care event in BC, offering an unmatched opportunity to engage in conversations that will shape the future of palliative care in our province. The program features inspiring presentations, engaging conversations and valuable networking opportunities including:

Workshops:
• Designing More Equitable Palliative Care: A Pan-Canadian Approach to Improving Access Quality & Safety of Care
• Death Downtown: Alternative Memorialization on Vancouver’s Downtown East Side
• Healing Indigenous Hearts Facilitator Training

Oral Presentations:
• Capturing a Palliative Approach to Care Upstream in Primary Care Practice in BC
• A Rural Approach to the Compassionate Community Model

During this panel we will hear from noted experts in Social Prescribing, explore groundbreaking initiatives, learn about best practices, and successes and challenges.
