The COVID-19 pandemic has impacted everyone in BC. Fraser Health (FH) continues to look for ways to hear from patients, families and caregivers in FH about their care experience. Your feedback helps us to learn and plan for the future of how we improve the patient, client, person in care and family experience during this time.
