CIHI is looking for Canadians to help test a survey about the services and care they received in hospital during the last 3 years.
Participants who complete the survey will receive between $50-$100.
Participants must:
• Be 18 years of age or older
• Have had at least one overnight stay in a Canadian hospital in the
past three 3 years
• Live in Canada
• Have an hour to spare in October/November!
