Open to Patient partners in Vancouver Coastal Health communities

Community Health Centres (CHCs) are located throughout the city of Vancouver and provide a range of health services. This project is seeking to understand what are the core services that should be available at all CHCs, and where CHC’s should be located or expanded for future planning. The project team is seeking input form residents throughout Vancouver to understand their needs. There will be a survey provided and focus groups held to gather feedback.
The project team would like patient partners to review and provide feedback on a client survey to ensure that it is user friendly and easy to understand. Specifically, they would like to get your feedback on the questions in the survey – are they clear and appropriate? Are there questions you feel are missing from the survey? The survey will be administered broadly throughout VCH.
