We are seeking parents of children (<18 years) to participate in the study to review one COVID-19 recommendation and complete a 20-minute survey about the recommendation and its content.

Below is a link to the survey, which will take you to an information letter explaining the study in more detail. Participants will have the option of entering a draw with a chance to win one of five $50 CAD gift cards.
