Patient Partners for a COVID-19 Patient Registry

We are looking for 2 patient partners to provide input on the creation of a national Emergency Department COVID-19 registry to address knowledge gaps in emergency care and operations. The registry will gather data from COVID-19 patients seen in Emergency Departments across Canada and their charts, and will follow up with patients by telephone after discharge from hospital to ask standard quality of life questions and determine long-term outcomes.
