We are working on a clinical trial for COVID-19 therapies, and would like patient input into study materials, consent processes and how we approach patients with COVID-19 to take part in the study. Your experiences with COVID-19 as a patient yourself, or as a family member or carer of a COVID-19 patient will greatly help us design these materials to better inform our study design and implement research for patients with COVID-19.
The patient partner will join an advisory group that will attend meetings with the research team, and help design study materials – consent forms, researcher scripts – to better inform our research team about how we need to tailor our study materials for patients with COVID-19.
