The College of Pharmacists of British Columbia is looking for volunteers to serve on the College’s committees! It’s an amazing opportunity for patient partners who are interested in public safety, health regulation, or pharmacy.

The College’s committees are composed of members of the public, as well as registered pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.

Committees and subcommittees assist the College in meeting its legislated mandate to protect the public by ensuring practitioners have the knowledge, skills and abilities to provide safe and effective pharmacy care.

We encourage registrants and members of the public interested in contributing to BC’s public health system to learn more about the College’s committees.

It’s really hard to make changes in health care. When a PVN patient partner says, ‘This is important to us’ it keeps us grounded on why a change is needed and keeps us motivated to keep going on projects.
