Making Sense of Pain is a FREE online 10 week self-management program designed for people with chronic pain. The clinical psychology program at UBC Okanagan partner with PainBC to facilitate this group.

As sessions are virtual (via Zoom), anyone across the province can participate and a grocery store gift card is provided for each session attended, to be able to purchase food & drinks.
