The Communications team is looking to gather user feedback on the VCH website (www.vch.ca) by using a variety of different methods (surveys, focus groups and 1 on 1 interviews) to inform and influence the redesign of the website. They are hoping to gather feedback from patients, families and the public to help inform a business case to redesign the website. Additionally, information gathered may be used for other web-related projects in the future.

The team would like to recruit 10 – 20 people from all of VCH’s service areas to participate in one on one phone interviews and focus groups (online) over the summer.

Decisions involving the creation of website content are not open to input from patients and the public but will be shared with content owners/subject matter experts. This part of the project will focus on reviewing navigation, presentation and user experience with those elements.

If you are interested in being a part of this work to help VCH redesign it’s website, click here to apply by end of day Tuesday July 28th, 2020.

Please contact ce@vch.ca if you have any questions. Thank you!
