Are you interested in providing your feedback about how we can improve the quality of life in people living with chronic kidney disease along their entire kidney journey? Tell us about your experiences with advance care planning discussions and end-of-life care in 1:1 patient interviews.

Requirements
• Patients and/or family caregivers who have been receiving kidney care in BC
• Comfortable in working and sharing your care experiences

We are hoping to recruit diverse voices and welcome patient partners of various ages, genders, geographical areas and cultural backgrounds from across the province.
