The Health Literacy Overview webinar will introduce participants to concepts that emphasize the importance of being able to support patients and communicate clearly. The goal is to ensure that patients and family members can truly participate in care. Participants will gain an understanding of health literacy concepts and learn practical skills for engaging with patients to ensure clear and effective communication. The content of this webinar is tailored to a health literacy overview for Patient Advisors only.
