Open to Patient Partners in BC

Our goal is to produce a series of sophisticated maps that will identify specific locations in BC at risk of experiencing high rates of COVID-19 infection, inadequate access to ICU care and of being vulnerable to the secondary effects of the pandemic that can be used to support informed decision-making.

Patient Partner(s)s would be collaborating in the development of the project, ensure data is interpretative to patients and community members, and provide user review feedback. These roles may vary from collaboration to consult depending on the stage of the project.

To RSVP for this opportunity, you must sign up to participate in REACH BC.

PVN has really helped us engage with patient partners to improve health services at Northern Health.  It is more and more becoming the norm to include patients in the design, delivery and evaluation of health services.  PVN education and supports, involving patient partners, have enabled us to develop the capacity to include the patient voice to make care better and achieve better health outcomes.
