Kootenay Boundary Patient Advisory Committee Diversity Questionnaire

  • The Kootenay Boundary Patient Advisory Committee strives to have broad representation of the KB population. The ideal patient advisory council will reflect the diversity of the people and broader communities of Kootenay Boundary, including age, gender, geographic location, representation from ethnic/cultural and socioeconomic groups.
  • The BC Patient Safety & Quality Council will collect personal information via Word Press under section 26 (c) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act for the purposes of operating the Patient Voices Network. Personal Information submitted by volunteers will be saved and stored on file by BCPSQC for 5-10 years upon submission. I know patient and family partners are doing their part by providing their knowledge to researchers from their lived experience.  It’s a win-win for us to work together through PVN to make sure our input drives improvements.
