Participant, Indigenous Patient Journey Mapping Activity – Journey Through the Patient Complaint Process

  • Thanks for your interest in this work. These maps will be shared with leaders who work in patient complaints to discuss the Indigenous complaints process. In light of the In Plain Sight Report, this work has been seen as necessary for helping to hear the voices of Indigenous patients with lived experience.
