You’re invited to an informal networking event to learn about some of the great Quality Forum 2017 presentations, connect with other patient partners and with our Engagement Leader Carol Stathers.

We will have materials on hand regarding our new campaign “What Matters to You?” Day, which aims to encourage meaningful conversations between patients, caregivers, and families, and their health care providers (you’ll be hearing more from us about this over the coming months!). We’ll also have copies of the PVN Annual Report 2016.

You are welcome to bring a friend or family member! Coffee and snacks will be provided as well as mileage forms to compensate you for your mileage.
