Introducing the next generation of arthritis education from the Arthritis Society: Arthritis Talks, our new symposia series takes place across Canada, bringing you the latest evidence-based information straight from the arthritis experts designed to help you get more out of life with arthritis.

Arthritis Talks: Nourish & Flourish, the first event of this exciting series takes place on Saturday, May 4, 2019. Experts in nutrition, physical activity and medical cannabis will bring current research and information about arthritis to you via your computer in the comfort of your own home – granting you a front row seat to arthritis professionals regardless of where you live. Through this interactive webcast, you’ll be able to ask your questions – and get answers – straight from the experts.

Speakers:

  • Brenda Tittlemier, Physiotherapist – The effects of physical activity on arthritis pain and symptoms, overall fitness and your state of mind.
  • Lalitha Taylor, Registered Dietician – How diet & nutrition can help or hinder efforts to manage arthritis and its symptoms.
