Background

Fraser Health Patient Experience and the BCPSQC Engagement Leader in the Fraser Region have been working together to identify ways to further build capacity in health care teams for meaningful engagement. During that time, there has been feedback from both health care and patient partners for a better understanding of what types of techniques there are and how to implement them for the most optimal outcomes.

This short-term working group is being created to develop some simple-to-use tools that seek to inform health care and patient partners as they choose options for partnership.
