Aim

The Virtual Care Team wants Patients to feel comfortable going into a Virtual Care Appointment.  We want to know your feedback and wish list for the webpage.

Level of Engagement

This opportunity is at the level of collaborate on the spectrum of engagement. The promise to you is that the health care partner will work together with you to formulate solutions and incorporate your advice and recommendations into the decisions to the maximum extent possible.

Eligibility

• All levels of experience with virtual care • Participants need a computer, tablet, or smart phone with internet connection • An effort will be made to have representation from all geographic regions of the province and ensure a variety of perspectives and experiences are represented, inclusive of race, ethnicity, age, ability, language, nationality, socioeconomic status, gender identity, religion and sexual orientation

Logistics

• Number of Vacancies: 10+ Location, Date, Time and Frequency:
  • Approximately 45 minutes
  • The survey is a one-time event
  • There is the option of providing further feedback in a video call if you prefer

Reimbursement

Not applicable as the opportunity is virtual.
