Background

HealthLinkBC provides reliable non-emergency health information and advice in British Columbia. Information and advice is available by telephone, website, mobile app and through print resources. The COVID-19 pandemic highlighted HealthLinkBC’s critical role as the trusted source of health information and advice for British Columbians. It also created the momentum and desire to further re-imagine HealthLinkBC’s future strategic priorities and role within the health sector. Patient partners will be asked to participate in one-on-one interviews which will help to co-design HealthLinkBC's future state and strategy. We will use the input from patient partners with the goal of optimizing the citizen experience when accessing HealthLinkBC services. You will be asked about your previous experience accessing HealthLinkBC information and/or services, any pain points you may have experienced, and your preferences when seeking health information or virtual health services.

I am grateful for all opportunities I have been a part of thanks to PVN, which positively impacts patients like my sister and their caregivers. No matter how small, all patient engagement will help shape the future of health care and that I can stand behind
