Open to Fraser – Vancouver Coastal, Patient partners from Fraser Health communities
Last updated
Since 2007, Fraser Health has enacted a Smoke-Free Policy on all owned and operated facilities including hospitals and community programs. The policy was expanded in 2014 to prohibit the use of e-cigarettes and other smoke and vapour products, and its goal is to provide a safe environment to all who seek health care services and work in health care facilities. The project team is looking to solicit patient feedback on how to increase the awareness and compliance with this policy through an enhanced public education campaign.
